These Terms govern your use of the LumosAI website and the purchase of our services from Dongguan Lumeng AI Technology Co., Ltd. (东莞市路梦人工智能科技有限公司) ("we", "us").

1. Services

We provide (a) a done-for-you growth service, (b) automation software on subscription, and (c) custom software & websites, as described on our website. Deliverables are confirmed in writing per engagement.

2. Orders & payment

• Prices are in USD and processed securely by Stripe.
• One-time services are charged at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method.

3. Subscriptions & cancellation

You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information and the materials needed to deliver the service, and ensure you have the right to use materials you provide.

5. Intellectual property

Deliverables become yours upon full payment. Our underlying tools, methods and software remain ours; you receive a non-exclusive license during your subscription.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse our services for unlawful, infringing or deceptive purposes.

7. Disclaimers

We deliver professionally but don't guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of inquiries or revenue.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim; we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Guangdong).
